Foundersboot Rebrands as Foundersmax to Distinguish Itself in a Growing Market.

We have an exciting announcement to share: Foundersboot, our venture studio that launched in June 2024, is officially rebranding. Moving forward, we’ll be known as Foundersmax. This decision isn’t just about a new name; it’s about making sure we stand out clearly, especially as we encountered a company with a name that sounds a lot like ours, Foundersboost.  This decision isn’t just about changing our name; it’s about making sure we stand out in a growing market. We realized it was important to clarify our identity, especially after finding a company with a similar name: Foundersboost.  Since our launch, we’ve been building companies and have had the privilege of working with amazing founders. However, as we began to grow, we noticed something, another venture called Foundersboost had a name just too close for comfort. We received feedback from some partners and founders that the similarity was causing confusion. And we realized, to keep growing and to make sure our identity remains crystal clear, a name change was the right move.   

What’s in a Name? 

 We didn’t just pick any name. Foundersmax represents what we stand for: maximizing potential, and success for the founders we work with. It’s a name that reflects our belief that venture building is about more than just launching startups; it’s about making the most of every opportunity.  We’re committed to giving founders the resources, support, and funding they need to succeed, and we felt this name captures that spirit. With Foundersmax, we’re doubling down on our promise to be the best partners for founders ready to build amazing products.

We know change can be daunting, but rest assured: our approach will evolve while our dedication to supporting founders remains at the heart of everything we do. Here’s what stays the same and what’s changing:
